About master classes
Master classes are designed for children and are aimed at improving physical competence. They are held in the format of a class, where a certain set of physical exercises is presented and the children will repeat it. All exercises are very easy but at the same time we divide children by age. The number of children is limited so that everyone can attend. As a result children receive a ready-made set of exercises for independent repetition at home or in front of the class.
